EUROPEAN DAY OF LANGUAGES

    On September 26th each year since 2001, all 47 member states of the Council of Europe celebrate the European Day of Languages. The purpose of the day is to highlight the linguistic diversity in Europe and to encourage learning and multilingualism.

    For this reason, at our school we have learnt to say "Hola, gracias y ¿cómo estás?" in English, Euskera, Croatian... and even in Sign Language.

SAINT GEORGE ACTIVITIES

 Here you can see some photos with all the works made in English classes about Saint George. 

Children have coloured the England flag. It is formed by the cross of saint George. It is a greek cross on a red background.

BALLOON ELEPHANT CARDS

 Teacher Clara have made balloon elephant cards in art with her children. They followed a few steps:

1. They followed a cardboard.

2. Pasted with glue a balloon in the cover of the cardboard.

3. Then, put eyes and ears on the balloon.

4. Fianlly, children decorated the part where the balloon is.

MOTHER'S DAY

 Mums are the most important people in our life, and above all, children's life. Because of it, mums deserve everything in the world.

At school, children and art teachers have prepared a craft with great enthusiasm. They have needed lots of wooden sticks, imedium glue and a flower to decorate the box. Teachers have wrapped them with transparent plastic. Here you can see some photos with the wooden boxes. Besides, some children have put candies, chocolates....in the box. 

SAINT GEORGE

 LAST 23rd , Thursday, we celebrated Saint George in our school. Children watched a video about this famous knight , completed some worksheets about the story and drew pictures.Here you are.
