The Book Week

Last week , our students were working on The Book Week. Here you can see some of our projects. We hope you like them.

Bookmarks from Nursery to 6th of Primary. Our children are reading a book in English class, so these bookmarks will be useful  for that.

Then, the kids in our school wrote and coloured a comic about a topic they preferred. It was fantastic because they had to think in English. It was amazing!!

Also, the students from 6th course created a project about Shakespeare (famous british playwriter, like Cervantes in Spain) by his 400th anniversary celebrating his death.

This is a brief video about the most important questions of our project.
To sum up, the best activity was the Storytelling by our language assistant Felicia. It´s a privilege to have a native speaker in our centre to practice real English.

And a video where you can see Felicia´s reading. Her pronunciation and entonation is really fantastic,  isn´t it?

In this photo, students took photos in their favourite places to read at home.Of course, in English, because it is  so important for us.

I can play in English!

We play "Abuelita, abuelita, ¿te gusta?" in English.

 Kids ask Felicia:

-Do you like bananas?-

-Do you like pizza?-

-Do you like eggs?-

-Do you like peas?-

-Do you like chips?-

-Do you like carrots?-

-Do you like hamburger?-

Felicia answers:
-I like it a lot. Walk sixteen big steps. -

-I like it a little. Walk three small steps.-

They walk big or small steps counting in English.

English is fun!
We like English a lot.
We know Felicia's favourite food.
