The following festival is Thanksgiving Day.
Every
year on the fourth Thursday of November, we celebrate Thanksgiving in
the United States of America. It is a day of family, friends, eating,
and football.
Sometimes Thanksgiving is referred to as turkey day because so many people eat turkey on Thanksgiving. But guess what? No one knows for sure if turkey was even eaten on the first Thanksgiving!
In the following posts we are going to present some festivals we have lived in our school.
We will start talking about Halloween.
Last october we celebrated Halloween, tasting terrorific desserts, wearing customes, playing Treat and Trick outside and dancing a horrorific dance in the main square.
It was a special day we enjoyed a lot, learning about culture from English countries.
