St Patrick´s day

We celebrate St Patrick´s Day!!!!

We want to show you our jobs about this festivity.

Each course made their pot of gold.

We decorated our school corridors,

And finally last Thursday, we listened irish music during the break and played Bingo and other activities about Saint Patrick with our language assistant Stephanie.

Children drew a clover on their faces and they came to school wearing green clothes.Finally , pupils coloured an Irish flag.
As we always say, culture takes a very important part of kids´ learning.What do you think?

2nd Course Project

Project in 2nd Course

Some days ago, children in second course were making their projects about the topics number 3 and 4. With their photos, they can use the contents in a meaningful way. We hope you like it.


 

Pancake Day

Hi!! everyone!! Last Thursday we celebrated Pancake Day!!
We organized many activities related to this day. Firstly, we put a big pancake made of paper on the playground floor with the main ingredients around it, milk , butter, eggs and flour.
After we made a big puzzle about the procedence of these ingredients.

Later we played to different games related to this festivity and finally we tasted the delicious pancakes. Children enjoyed a lot and had a good time. In the following video you can see a summary of this day .

Valentine´s Day

SAINT VALENTINE´S DAY

Valentine´s Day is a holiday celebrated on February 14 by many people throughout the world.In the English-speaking countries,it is the traditional day on which lovers express their love for each other by sending Valentine´s cards, presenting flowers, or offering confectionery. The holiday is named after two among the numerous  Early Christian martyrs named Valentine.

Today in our school we have celebrated this day writing and drawing  what  love is for us.And also, we watched a story about this,here you can see it.

                                          

Taj Mahal Project

Welcome!!!Our children in 5th course were working about Taj Mahal Palace .They wanted to show you their work about this amazing place. You can see this project in the following photos and video.We hope you like it.

Pantarujas

During last days in January, we were making in Art and Crafts some monsters and witches called Pantarujas . They would be burnt on second of February in our children village : La Parra.Pupils enjoyed a lot making their pantarujas.Here you can see some photos about this activity.We hope you like it.
