In English classes teachers have organized some activities with children and as a result, you can see this wonderful PEACE POSTER:

1. Pupils of first grade have made some pinwheels. They have drawn some pictures about peace on it.
     2. Children of second grade, have cut a dove and have painted with tempera.
3. Pupils of third grade have cut the symbol of peace and have put some olive leaves on it.
4. Students of fourth and fifth grade have made original orogami doves.
All the children in our school  have written some words in english related with peace in a poster (WHEN YOU CLOSE YOUR EYES AND THINK OF PEACE, WHAT DO YOU SEE?, such as harmony, equality, family, friendship, justice, love...

PANTARUJOS

As every year, we celebrated Candela's Day at school making a Pantarujo in Art class. Last January we couldn't go to Santiago for burning the Pantarujo, but this year we'll go back again.

What we don't want in our lives is burnt off in Las Candelas and as happened last year, we want to burn the Coronavirus.

What do you want to burn?

CHRISTMAS CRAFTS

This year, we made this Christmas Tree in Art class. Every grade made an ornament:

  • 3 and 4 years: Christmas balls with paper.
  • 5 years: owls
  • First grade: stars of wool.
  • Second grade: woolen elfs.
  • Third grade: Grinch and Snowman with paper rolls.
  • Fourth grade: gift boxes.
  • Fifth grade: golden stars.
  • Sixth grade: ornaments in felt (houses, snowman, bears...)

This is the end result, we hope you liked it!
